Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)

THE BODY – BUTTOCK ANALYSIS
Before the patient can start a BBL surgery, they receive a mandatory assessment by the plastic surgeon, so that the best aesthetic results can be achieved.
There are three important factors which determines the buttock aesthetic appearance, the pelvic bone (which is gender specific), distribution of fat in buttock fat compartments and the volume of the buttock muscles (glutaral muscles). Both the distribution of fat and the volume of the muscle can be manipulated with the current surgical techniques, whereas the constant factor “the pelvic bone” cannot be changed.
